Food Choices

What can you eat as vegan? This is the million dollar question. Fruits, vegetables, nuts. Basically, anything that comes from the ground is fair game. Absolutely no dairy or meat! I personally like to eat apples, bananas, oranges, mangos, lettuce, spinach, potatoes, gluten-free pasta, legumes, peas, peppers, onions, walnuts, almonds. The options are endless! It takes a little bit of time and research, but finding great food options is pretty simple.
